What is "ClubNotices.com?" TOP

The system is a low cost way to reduce club administration work to a minimum.

ClubNotices.com maintains club membership information, collects apologies for coming meetings and keep accounts and send reminders. 

Meeting Dates and Newsletters are posted on ClubNotices

What is the cost? - free forever with a little sponsorship - read this!? -  TOP

Initial club sign-up is free.

One is then given 6 weeks to enter member information and to make the first years payment of During this time, it is possible to carry out all functions and thus gain familiarisation with the system.

Pay only $2.00 per member per year (minimum of $200 per year), plus $20 per sponsor on the system (read on).
Sign up a few sponsors. They upload an image which randomly appears on your pages only, hence their sponsorship is directed in the right area.
They pay $40 (or whatever you decide) per image per annum (or whatever you decide) and your organisation/club may directly ask them for this payment.
We only ask for the $20 per advert per annum or part thereof.
This you may cover all costs and much more.
The fee is adjusted as necessary we will let you know the cost. It is based on maximum membership and sponsor levels on a yearly basis.
Just pay us by Paypal or directly to our account..

What if one is unhappy with the system? TOP

Simply do not pay. The system will become inoperable for you after 6 weeks if payment is not received. Alternately, you may delete your data (even after the initial 6 weeks).
